Pet policy

Pets are allowed at the hotel subject to prior approval and compliance with the following conditions:

The animal weighs no more than 5 kg, or the dog's height at the withers does not exceed 50 cm;

Upon check-in, a valid international veterinary passport for the animal must be presented;

No more than one animal is permitted per room;

The animal must have a muzzle, leash, and personal hygiene supplies;

Moving with a pet in public areas of the hotel is only permitted in an appropriate carrier or on a leash and with a muzzle;

The SPA area and restaurant are off-limits to guests with pets.

Before booking a room, the Guest must read the "Rules for Guests Staying with Pets at the Hotel" on the website. The Guest – the pet owner – must, prior to check-in, notify a hotel employee (administrator / booking department employee) of the breed and characteristics of their pet (including age, size, weight, and any other special characteristics). The hotel reserves the right to establish special conditions for accommodating a Guest with a particular animal in the event of changes to the legislation of the Russian Federation or in accordance with an order from the hotel administration.

When checking in to the hotel with a pet, the Guest must read the rules for guests staying with pets and sign to confirm their agreement with these rules.

Accommodation with an animal is permitted upon presentation by the Guest, at check-in, of the animal's international veterinary passport (the passport format and requirements for its execution are established by the Uniform Veterinary (Veterinary-Sanitary) Requirements for Goods Subject to Veterinary Control (Supervision), approved by Decision No. 317 of the Customs Union Commission of June 18, 2010 "On the Application of Veterinary-Sanitary Measures in the Customs Union"), which contains data on the animal and its owner, as well as information on the necessary vaccinations and immunizations given. The date of the rabies vaccination must be no less than 30 days and no more than 12 months prior to arrival.

Restrictions imposed by the hotel administration on guests staying with pets:

Pets are not allowed in public dining areas (restaurants, lobby bar), nor in the hotel's SPA area or gym.

It is not permitted to leave pets unattended by their owners in the hotel room, lobby, or anywhere else on hotel property.

Pets in public areas of the hotel must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash and with a muzzle.

Prohibited:

Washing pets in the room's bathtub or shower, or using towels, sheets, and other bedding belonging to the hotel;

Brushing/combing pets in the hotel room;

Feeding pets using dishes belonging to the hotel;

Using hotel beds, chairs, armchairs, or sofas for animals to rest on;

Walking pets on hotel grounds, including on lawns.

Duties and responsibilities of the Guest (pet owner):

The Guest must ensure that the pet is absent during room cleaning or during repair work carried out by hotel staff;

The Guest must have pet food, bowls, hygiene bags, mats, litter tray, and a carrier;

To allow the pet to relieve itself, the Guest must walk the pet in a timely manner or use individual hygiene means.

The Guest assumes full responsibility for feeding, cleaning, walking, and the safety of the animal;

The Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel premises;

The Guest bears all risks to the hotel and third parties arising from the animal's behavior, as well as the duration and conditions of its presence in the hotel's room stock;

In the event of damage to hotel property or to other guests, all costs to cover such damage shall be paid by the Guest – the pet owner. The Guest shall compensate for the damage according to the price list for property damage in effect at the hotel at the time of their stay.

Other conditions:

The hotel reserves the right to determine whether a given animal can stay in the room.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a Guest with an animal if the animal's exterior and behavioral characteristics do not comply with the established rules, as well as if the Guest refuses to comply with these rules (including refusing to sign acknowledging the rules upon check-in).

The final decision on accommodating a Guest with an animal is made subject to the submission of properly executed documents (veterinary passport, health certificate of a standardized form, etc.) and additional payment for the room in accordance with the price list for staying with a pet.

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement with a Guest staying with a pet in the event of:

violation of the rules of stay;

aggressive, inappropriate, or noisy behavior of the pet;

causing inconvenience to other guests staying at the hotel.
