Reservation and booking conditions

1. Room rate includes buffet breakfast
2. Room rate also includes VAT. We accept cash and cards.
3. For children under the age of 12 room price is 50%
4. Additional bed option is available for children under 16 and students
5. Check-out is 12:00. When you leave earlier, the price is full-day. When you leave later, it'll cost additional +50%
6. Check-in time is 14:00.
7. Room rate includes using of safe locker.
8. Express registration for foreign guests costs additional 120 rub  (about $5) for each person (incl. 18% VAT).
9. It's possible to have pets and animals (under 5 kg weight) having vet docs. For a pet there's additional 300 rub (about ~15$) per day.
